Privacy notice

What we process, why, who processes it for us, and your rights - under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Controller. Kenneth Younge, operating as a sole proprietorship under the name SimAxis, Switzerland. Contact: support@simaxis.ai.

What we process, and why. When you book a call or appointment: your name, email address, meeting details, and anything you choose to tell us about your project (to perform the booking - GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). When you pay: payment is handled by Stripe; we receive confirmation and billing details but never your card number. When you write to us: your email and its contents (legitimate interest in answering you). When you visit the site: Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us aggregate, cookieless statistics, and your IP address is processed transiently to deliver the site (legitimate interest in operating and improving it). Video calls take place on Google Meet.

Our processors. Cal.com, Inc. (scheduling), Stripe (payments), Google (email on Google Workspace, calendar, Meet, and the YouTube video embedded on our homepage in its extended-privacy mode), and Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, analytics). Each processes data under its own privacy terms and our agreements with them. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising.

Transfers abroad. Several of these providers process data in the United States. Where personal data leaves Switzerland or the EU/EEA, it is protected by recognized safeguards - the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks or standard contractual clauses, per each provider's terms.

Cookies. We set no tracking cookies of our own; our analytics is cookieless, and the embedded YouTube player uses YouTube's no-cookie mode. Third-party services you choose to use (booking on Cal.com, payment on Stripe) set their own cookies on their own sites under their own policies.

Retention. Booking and payment records are kept for 10 years (Swiss commercial-record retention). Correspondence is kept as long as needed for the purpose it was sent. Analytics data is aggregate and not tied to you.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and request a copy in portable form. Write to support@simaxis.ai. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your local supervisory authority.

Related. Appointment terms are in the booking & cancellation policy. The Axis Workflow project site has its own short notice at axisworkflow.ai/privacy.

Effective 19 August 2026. We will update this notice when our processing changes; the published version applies.
