Booking & cancellation policy
Short version: appointments are paid in advance, and you can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before we meet.
Payment in advance. All appointments are paid at the time of booking, in euros, via Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment completes.
Cancellation and rescheduling. You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, using the links in your confirmation email. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a full refund.
Within 24 hours. Cancellations inside the final 24 hours, and missed appointments, are non-refundable. If something truly exceptional happens, write to us - we are people too.
Refunds. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days.
Prices and VAT. Prices are stated net; where Swiss VAT applies, it is shown at checkout.
